Welcome to Moms with Swords.

We’re so glad you’re here.

 Hi, I am Rachel Workman.

Mom. Survivor. Life Coach. Nurse.

I love being a Mom. I take my responsibility seriously.

I am passionate about equipping Moms practically and spiritually to embody their eternal purpose and destiny. As a Mom of two myself , I have experienced overcoming tremendous life circumstances and obstacles. Much of what has shaped my more than a conqueror spirit was born out of a place of deep breaking and spilling out.

The experiences of family court as I was escaping an abusive relationship were lessons costly to learn.

Too costly for me to not share the wisdom, transformation, and revelation that I gained. I want to share the most precious parts of my life with you. I knew that, unfortunately, I would not be the last woman sitting in that seat and if I can offer any support, insight, or guidance that equips, empowers and accelerates you in your own journey, I wanted to be a part of the extension of this very important work.

As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors and Masters in Nursing and additional advanced specialty certificates, health & wellness is a central part of my life.

My experience in nursing primarily encompasses Pediatric Nursing and Advanced Bodywork Therapy. I love partnering with Moms to assist them on their unique wellness paths. I specifically enjoy helping Moms establish and translate natural practices and routines within their homes and families, especially following the chaos and dysregulation of an abusive relationship and making your way through the post-separation phase.

As an author and artist, I have learned how to flow in my giftings - and that my role as “Mother” is not in competition with my role as “creator.” - But rather, it enhances and informs my expression.

Whether I am creating with words, watercolor or the black and white keys on the piano - I treasure the opportunity to connect with creativity that has become a tangible expression of what is reflected in so many of our collective stories.
